1. Information We Collect

• Contact and request information: name, email, phone number, and messages you send us.
• Applicant information: contact information, address, work authorization, education, availability, transportation, position preferences, résumé, references, cover letter, and information you voluntarily include. We do not request conviction history or date of birth on the initial website application.
• Order and transaction information: menu selections, preferences, fulfillment details, transaction records, and customer-service communications. Payment card data is processed by Clover or another payment provider and is not intended to be stored directly by AiCha Boba.
• Device and usage information: IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location, timestamps, and interactions with the site.
• Cookie and similar-technology information: essential session data and, only when permitted through our preference tool, analytics information.

2. How We Use Information

• Respond to questions and requests.
• Process orders and provide customer support.
• Review employment applications and communicate with applicants.
• Protect the site, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot.
• Measure and improve the site when analytics permission is enabled.
• Comply with legal, tax, employment, and recordkeeping obligations.

3. How We Disclose Information

We disclose information only as needed to service providers and authorities, including website and hosting providers; Cloudflare routing and security services; workflow and business-automation providers; email, document-storage, and recruiting support providers; Google reCAPTCHA and Maps; Jetpack/Automattic analytics when accepted; Clover and connected ordering/payment services; professional advisers; and government or legal authorities when required. Providers receive only information reasonably needed for their function.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies and Privacy Choices

Essential cookies support security, sessions, ordering, and preferences. Optional Jetpack analytics is blocked unless you select “Accept analytics.” Contact and Careers forms load Google reCAPTCHA as a security service; checkout may load Clover and Google Maps functionality. Use the “Cookie Settings” control on the site to change your analytics choice. See the Cookie Policy.

Because there is no universal Do Not Track standard, the site does not separately respond to legacy DNT signals. We treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a choice to reject optional analytics. Other providers may collect information as described in their own policies when you use their embedded services.

5. Retention and Security

We retain information only for the period reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and applicable legal, tax, accounting, employment-record, dispute, and security requirements. Applicant records may be retained for the period required by California employment law; hired-applicant information may become part of the personnel record. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

6. Your Choices and Requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information we maintain about you, subject to legal exceptions. Email [email protected] or use our Contact Us form. Describe the request and the email or phone used in your interaction; we may verify identity before responding. Applicants should also review the Applicant Privacy Notice.

7. Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the consumer portions of the site.
